    Ayurvedic medicine has revealed the way to connect with our innate ability to heal for over 5,000 years.  Through Ayurveda, we have an opportunity to understand our individual makeup of elements and qualities of nature.  Ayurveda provides the knowledge to restore balance to our physiology, mind and spirit.

    Ayurveda is concerned with the root cause of the body’s imbalance.  It assists us by addressing these issues with a gentle and non-judgmental approach.  Through a unique Ayurvedic evaluation of the individual, I will offer guidance on diet, food preparation, herbal remedies, herbal oils and lifestyle adjustments most beneficial for your individual constitution to support your whole-Being to thrive.

    Private Consultations – In Person, By Phone and Zoom.

    Experience 1-1½ hour comprehensive evaluation of your Prakriti (unique constitution) and your Vikriti (current condition) according to Ayurveda’s system of analysis. An Ayurvedic understanding of your current condition and your unique make-up informs me what recommendations I may offer to bring your system into balance, vitality and harmony. Suggestions may include specific dietary and nutritional guidelines, lifestyle recommendations, customized herbal preparations*, yoga and breath practice.  Ayurvedic therapies such as herbal oil massage (abhyanga), nasya (herbal nasal preparations) and other treatments may be advised to support your well-being.

    Depending on your needs and goals, sessions may be scheduled one time or with recommended follow-up consultations.

    Follow-Up Sessions

    Depending on evaluation, follow-up care is usually recommended in two to three weeks.  As you progress, adjustment to herbal preparations, diet, lifestyle and other natural supportive therapies may be suggested as needed.

    One-hour consultation to evaluate your primary purpose for the visit. As a Clinical Herbalist, I will recommend custom blended therapeutic botanicals*, herbal preparations, dietary guidelines and lifestyle protocols to assist you to achieve your goals. Health concerns may range from a common cold to chronic conditions like arthritis, skin irritations, inflammation or fatigue.  Herbal tonic preparations may also be suggested to simply support and increase your overall vitality.  

    Follow-up Herbal Preparations

    As referenced above, custom herbal preparations are recommended as appropriate and efficacy is monitored and adjusted in follow-up consultations according to symptoms, needs and season.

    Personal evaluation of your constitution to determine the exact regime and program specific for you.  Includes custom blend of herbal preparations, abhyanga, swedana, shirodhara, nasya and other therapies to support you to cleanse, rebalance and rejuvenate.

    PanchaKarma Retreats (for 1- 7 people):

    PanchaKarma at Home or in the Clinic: Dive deep into a 21-day immersion of detoxifying the body/mind and then reawakening into your full potential of health and well-being. An initial personal evaluation of your constitution determines your needs for the exact regime and program specific for you. Designed for one-week pre-regimes and one-week post-regimes in your home. Five days of therapies specifically tailored to your needs occur in the middle of the program at the clinic. Engaging and dedicating oneself fully into this transformational process brings profound healing results. A post consultation is offered at the end of the program to assure continued rejuvenation and maintenance of health. Program includes Purvakarma, Panchakarma and Rasayana.

    PanchaKarma in Nature: A concentrated 10-day retreat in the spaciousness and care of our Mother Nature and away from our usual habitual life. This is a special time to let go, transform and renew into the being that we preciously hold within, manifesting our dream and awaken to our full potential. The program starts with an initial personal evaluation and pre-regime program before you come to the location. While at our nature facility, the program includes using whole foods and simple meals to assist our digestive function, eliminate toxins and assimilate greater amounts of nutrients, practicing daily yoga asanas, pranayama (breath practice) and meditation. Learn valuable techniques to establish greater balance in your daily life with vitality, clarity and joy. Program includes Purvakarma, Panchakarma and Rasayana.

    Abhyanga: Ayurvedic Herbal Oil Massage

    Ayurvedic Massage is a santarpana (nourishing) therapy. The promotion of health and longevity depend upon the proper nourishment, assimilation and elimination of essential sustenance for our seven dhatus (tissues). Due to improper metabolism and circulation, waste products are accumulated in the different systems of the body, such as the nervous, circulatory and muscular systems. Through proper snehanam and massage, the metabolic and enzymatic functions are stimulated to assist the body to work at its optimum and vital potential.

    Minimum one day – 7 hour intensive:
    9 am to noon and 1:30 pm to 5:30pm

    Marma Chikitsa: 

    Ayurvedic form of massage therapy using vital, acupressure points. Ayurvedic acupressure therapy assists in balancing and harmonizing the subtle energies in the body. This training will give understanding of the 108 marmas points and the nadi (meridian) systems throughout the body. A complete one hour spa treatment which clears blockages in the physical and psychological body/mind. This profound ancient therapy supports, rejuvenates and establishes deep harmony within the individual.

    Minimum one day – 7 hour intensive:
    9 am to noon and 1:30 pm to 5:30pm

    Shirodhara: 

    Ayurvedic therapy that gently pours herbal liquids over the forehead (the ‘third eye’). Shiro means head and dhara is the continuous flow of medicated herbal oils, medicated milks, medicated buttermilk precise for each dosha. The liquid flows through a specialized vessel onto the client’s forehead. Designed for each individual, it focuses on certain marma points (energy pathways), and has been traditionally known to promote tranquility, hormonal balancing, CSF nourishment, balancing the brains hemisphere, calming the nervous system, alleviating insomnia and reducing mental tension.

    Herbal & Clay Body Masque (Udvartana and Lepana) Therapies: 

    Balances kapha, eliminates toxins, stimulates circulation

    Ayurvedic Facials: 

    Healing, beautification and rejuvenation of the facial skin, tissues and muscles. Traditional Ayurvedic Facials are therapies that cleanse and nourish the entire body, mind and Spirit. The treatments focus on the healing, beautification and rejuvenation of the facial skin, tissues and muscles. Additional results support organ and nervous systems of the entire body. Marma therapy is the primary aspect that accomplishes this, yet other integral parts of the Facial are Herbal Oils, aromatherapy, intention, breath, and massage. Together, these therapies enhance a greater vitality, beauty, relaxation and clarity for the Whole Being.

    Padabhyanga:

    Shirobhyanga:

    Nasya:
